Being a great leader and manager involves being able to effectively delegate tasks to the right people to get the job done correctly and efficiently. Give an example of something at work (if you don’t have a job then use ideas from what you know about someone else’s job, a past job, or as a parent delegating to a family member) that should be delegated instead of being done by the manager.

Using the steps of delegation and what you learned about delegation in this module, explain why this task should be delegated and outline the process you would use (being specific in applying this to your example) to delegate this task.
