You are the HR Director and have been tasked with creating a report that provides an overview to senior leadership recommending a strategy for the employee benefit plan. The recommendation should include the mix of short- term vs. long-term benefits, core vs. work/life balance benefits (onsite child care, eldercare, pet insurance, etc.), the cost sharing (if any) of each benefit, and if there will be a stratified benefit offering based on organizational level and/or profession. This overview can be in table format for ease of listing each benefit and eligibility.
