Create a comprehensive demonstration of an intervention with a client. Choose from one of the following practice models for intervention:

Components of the demonstration are:

1) Building Rapport and the client’s situation (also include disclaimers of confidentiality limitations)

2) The presenting problem(s)

3) Identified goals and tasks based on client’s assessment and stage of change

4) The broader social context in interaction with the client(s) and social worker

5) The practice model being used – a clear description

6) The rationale for using this practice model

7) The steps involved in the practice model

8) The client’s progress over time, including any evaluative tools utilized
