The report will contains these major sections:

A . Prefatory pages used in APA r eports (Title Page, Abstract)

B . Introduction. Include an APA – formatted reference page citation for each secondary source cited within the body of th e report : course textbook, sources used for background information, and sources used for company update information . Students are encouraged to consult an APA format guide in preparing their citations .

Case 1: Zappos: Stepping Forward in Stakeholder Satisfaction

Questions:

  1. Does Zappos effectively focus on stakeholder happiness, and how does this approach affect the ethical culture?
  2. Has Zappos developed long-term relationships with customers and employees that provide a competitive advantage in the purchase of shoes and other products?
  3. Has Zappos effectively managed ethical risk, and what are potential ethical risks in the future?

Case 2: Enron: Questionable Accounting Leads to Collapse

Questions:

  1. How did the corporate culture of Enron contribute to its bankruptcy?
  2. Did Enron’s bankers, auditors, and attorneys contribute to Enron’s demise? If so, how?
  3. What role did the company’s chief financial officer play in creating the problems that led to Enron’s financial problems
