What is the current status of the USMCA, and to what extent would USMCA represent a trade agreement between America and its most important trading partners? (Ideally, you would present this information in quantitative terms. Beyond goods, you may also wish to consider labor mobility.) In your view, what are the most important differences between USMCA and the agreement(s) that are currently in effect/that preceded USMCA? Again using evidence, how would you assess the quality of the bilateral relationships between the United States and each of the USMCA partner nations? Finally, with which of the USMCA partner nations would you recommend that the United States deepen/broaden its trade relationship? Again, please support your argument here with evidence.
